Shedding Light On The Most Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign a long term agreement?

Our service agreement may be cancelled at any time by giving 30 days’ notice. There is no cancellation fee. Many of our competitors will lock you in to a long term agreement and then sell your account to a large national company. This may have already happened to you.

How do you price your service?

We have simple pricing and billing. We charge a flat rate for each collection container of medical waste removed from your facility.

What size collection containers do you use?

We have three different collection containers: a 20 gallon barrel that measures 17″ x 23″ tall, a 44 gallon barrel that measures 29″x 32″ tall and a large 96 gallon cart on wheels.

Is there an extra charge for the collection barrel or cart?

No… and yes. Let’s explain… The collection barrel or cart is included in our per container, flat-rate pricing with a 40 pound weight limit. We charge a nominal per pound fee for each pound over 40 pounds.

How do I use the collection container?

You will accumulate your filled sharps containers and red bags in our container. Sharps and red bags are compatible biohazardous waste and can be shipped together for treatment and disposal.

What other charges can I expect when I recieve an invoice?

You will never be surprised with extra charges such as fuel or energy surcharges. There will be no charges other than our per container rate.

Can you provide permits and insurance?

Yes, permit numbers and insurance limits are provided with each quote. References are always available.
